Are the products I buy online brand new?
Unless otherwise stated in the description of the prodct, all the products we sell are brand new. Wherever possible we will attempy to ship the item in its original packaging. In certain circumstances the original packaging may have been damaged in which case we will re-package the item for shipping.
The product I want is not available on your online store, can I order it?
We update our website on a daily basis. If you require a product which is not listed on our website, please contact us and if we stock the product or can order it we will add it to our website for you. Alternatively, if a product is out of stock, please contact us to place an advanced order for the product or simply purchase it from the website and we will order it for you and provide you with an ETA for the product.
