What freight carriers do you use?
We have our own delivery drivers who can transport ride-ons direct to your door, depending on your location. We also use Australia Post & SmartSend Couriers to freight items to most locations around Australia.
How much do you charge for freight?
Depending on your location, our delivery drivers can transport your ride-on free of charge. Charges do apply if delivering outside of the store’s immediate location. We guarantee that the freight charges you pay for Australia Post and SmartSend Couriers are very accurate with no catches. We have free shipping for hand-held items purchased online, and we don’t increase prices to cover costs of shipping. You can check the price of freight before you purchase your item/s by using our freight calculator on the website.
What areas do you deliver to?
Australia Post and SmartSend Couriers deliver to most places in Australia. If you’re unsure if we can deliver to your area, please contact us to confirm. We do not deliver outside of Australia.
Can I track my item once it has been shipped?
We will provide you with a tracking number for your item so you can follow the progess of the shipping of your item.
What happens if I don’t receive my item?
Should you not receive your item within the stipulated time we request that you contact us immediately. If we can establish that your item has been lost by the freight company, we will replace it with a new one..
